Erica Cerra (born October 31 1979) is born on October 31, 1979. She is a Canadian actress best known for her portrayal of the character of Deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy series Eureka. Cerra is the daughter of Italian parents in Vancouver British Columbia. The actress was attracted to acting as young as eight, and was a part of numerous commercials as a child. Her acting career was interrupted for some time. But, in 2001 she came back in the business at age 22 years old. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine named Cerra among Vancouver's top 5 young actors. Cerra played a role in Eureka, an Syfy show that was broadcasted between 2006-2012. Cerra played the role of the role of Deputy Jo Lupo. The actress also appeared in a 2006 music video for the Michael Buble hit song Save the Last Dance for Me. Cerra is credited with featured roles in several highly acclaimed and critically-acclaimed TV shows including Battlestar Galactica and The L Word. She has also appeared in major films such as Man About Town with Ben Affleck and Rebecca Romijn and Blade:Trinity with Wesley Snipes. Cerra's body and face were utilized to create Ashley Williams, a character in her role in the Mass Effect video game franchise. Khondabi told us that Joey was a friend of hers for many years and then they began dating as she completed high school. They met each other during their time at Greenwood Christian School. Howard was transferred to Irmo after he graduated at Dutch Fork High School, however Khondabi was his best close friend. Khondabi graduated from Emerald High School in 2007 and the University of South Carolina in 2011 with the degree of broadcast journalist. She has a minor in Sports and Entertainment Management. Joey is also a graduate of USC degree. Liam the dog they have as a pet is the sole furry member of their family. Khondabi claimed that she as well as Joey were foodies, onion rings were one of their favorite home-cooked foods. Khondabi stated, "I'm a very curious person." As a student in the elementary grades I conducted educational interviews for our school's news program. I was also the anchor of our school's daily newspaper headlines. Oakland Elementary had a news program called WOAK. After college Khondabi claimed that her first gig as a television news reporter came from WAGT at the time in Augusta Georgia. Khondabi said she was on television news for approximately six years. Following Augusta I became an anchor for mornings for the morning news in Charleston West Virginia at WOWK and finally Columbus Ohio as a traffic anchor and morning news host on The regional ABC and FOX affiliates.
